Superb experience! Positive: I needed a place for a month until I found my apartment and moved in and did not want to stay in a hotel. What I liked most about the whole experience is the approach and professionalism of Urban Dreams Hospitality. I was welcomed by one of the co-founders, Mark who, by the way, has exceptional customer service and no matter what time it is, he always addresses your concerns promptly. The Apartment was furnished better than a five-star hotel apartment with attention to details and a personal welcome note and snacks. You can find a coffee machine with premium coffee beans along with several flavors of coffee syrup just as an example. High quality toiletries and towels and fast internet with access to all your favorite channels and full du entertainment suite. Cleanliness was superb throughout the stay. Location is excellent and building facilities are great! I highly recommend Urban Dreams Hospitality... Negative: Nothing.
