Third party booking at premiere hotels no go Positive: I frequently stay there but this is the first time through third partt Negative: After booking i received a call from a unknown mobile no about my booking for a moment i though it is a scam - later i got messages on bookin.com.about the mandatory check in with my id and passport - only then the hotel will check u in - i ignored it and though i will check directly to the hotel on arrival the hitel.staff informed me rhat there is no email from third party i spite of my payment which was more than my previous visit with a 250 dirham cleaning charge. It is better to book from the hotel directly because if you need anything the hotels does not take responsibilty for anything in the room if. Not working

Frustrating, inconvenient, and far below expectations Positive: It was clean. Negative: Getting the keys was an exhausting process. It took over an hour of back-and-forth with the property team, only to be told that we had to contact Booking.com to email the property owner, because apparently, they couldn’t hand us the keys without written permission, even though we had paid and checked in at 8 PM. Completely unreasonable. The room itself was poorly stocked. Just two tiny water bottles, barely 250ml each. If you get thirsty in the middle of the night, good luck. There’s no water source, and the only snack available is caramel popcorn, which ironically just makes you more dehydrated. The towels were placed on the bed instead of in the bathroom, no idea why. Not thoughtful. Check-in time is a very late 4 PM, and check-out is pushed early to 11 AM, not the 12 PM standard you’d expect. Overall, the experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and far below expectations for a paying guest.
