great place to stay Positive: It is close to Dubai mall and also there ia a 24 hours open supermarlet opposite the apartment. Mr Saqip is very helpful all the time, replying all our requests. He guided us for the check in process which made it smooth and quicker. The rooms are spacious and quite clean. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms which made our stay more comfortable as we are five people.In the bathroom we found everthing we need such as, clean towels, sewing kit, dental kit, etc.The kitchen has everything we need. There are two small balconies where you can enjoy the shining view of Dubai. It is close to Dubai fountain where you can enjoy the show at nights. We had comfortable stay and walked Dubai mall in max ten minutes which made our stay easier as we had 3 kids. I will be back when I am Dubai again. Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Our host sakib was excellent. Made everything very easy and smooth for us. Very helpful. I even booked another longer stay with him. Location is excellent

Positive: The place is very nice and clean, well-organized, and has everything you might need. The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Dubai Mall. Great experience, highly recommended Negative: nothing the only thing is that moving the luggage was self-service.
